We offer 100% free returns and full refunds within 14 days of delivery, with absolutely no restocking fees and no hidden charges of any kind. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and any included accessories. We are unable to accept items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, except where the item arrived faulty or was damaged in transit, in which case we will make it right at no cost to you.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method. Your original order total, including any shipping you paid, is covered in accordance with this policy, and you will never be charged a restocking fee.
